Even with support from giants such as Facebook and Valve, and mainstream support provided by PlayStation in its PlayStation VR, the adoption of this technology for the mainstream crowd has been slow. However, reality hasn't quite lived up to the narrative. VR was hailed as the next frontier in games entertainment.
